De retour à New York
For the next two months the Say Say Say's are based again in New York City to continue working on Architect Paola Iacucci's book and taking care of stationary production for video editor Nella. C'est la super joie!

Miami
I like this photograph a lot.
Shot by Steve Hiett in 1978.

Every since and then our posters outside of our studio in the Viennese Museumsquarter disappear and we need to fill again the empty space. Actually it's a nice thought that someone might carry around our posters secretly. But probably one can find them just in the trashcan around the corner...Well, email us a warm hello and you get a poster for free.

Quirky Questions from The press
A short while ago Austrian Newspaper Die Presse asked us to answer five questions related to our creative work. Actually those questions turned out to be more about the locations where we are currently working. They had to shorten our answers so unfortunately the funny stuff wasn´t being published...
Die Presse (German language)

Hipster: a transatlantic discussion
Who exactly is the modern hipster and why he has such a bad reputation, is currently trying to answer this book that was published in the U.S. two years ago and now translated into German. The book is a collection of lectures, discussions and exhilarant essays.
What we need to say:
1. the modern Hipster is not an artist
2. Vice Magazine has often been accused of using irony to promote racist, homophobic and sexist attitudes. Dear Hipster, this is not cool!

Superjoie / Pâtisserie
Superjoie
est en cours de développement.
Yes, it is french and means "super pleasure"!
It started in December 2011 as a very special
form of Pâtisserie and now is turning into something more bigger.
We´ll keep you posted.

EDOUARD BARIBEAUD
is a bilingual French/German Artist who currently
lives and works in Berlin.
We met while studying Design at ÉNSAD in Paris and became friends and collaborators. I admire his work
as it incorporates "the surrealistic moment" of our contemporary society in a very poetic and political manner.
The above image is taken from the series "Chaos" (2011).

PRETTY TIME MACHINE
The DeLorean Motor Company has announced to build an electric version of the stainless steel car made famous in the “Back to the Future” films of the 1980’s.
The company hopes to sell the electric DeLorean for $90,000 starting in 2013.
Well, you know as well as we do, that this will be the next Say Say Say company car. Donations are always welcome.

Jean Widmer,
mon amour.

The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo . set photo
CREATING BUZZ WITH SECRET INSIGHTS
A blog called Mouth Taped Shut of David Fincher´s new movie The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo shows images and videos apparently taken by an insider.
The mysterious and very "real"-looking behind-the-scenes impressions do not fail their target to create curiosity.

Austro Outburst
Work published
in "Die Presse", Austrian newspaper
Jutta was invited to design a special edition postage stamp incorporating the Austrian "contemporary image". The project Die Marke Österreich is initiated by Liquid Frontiers in cooperation with Die Presse and the Post AG. It´s a selected competition and we were chosen to participate amongst other 19 Designers. When Jutta started building dumplings out of plasticine we all knew that the Austrian issue will be taken very seriously and intensely.
